This second project under the same topic Housing and city is located next to the Arc de Triomf of Barcelona at one of the limits of the Eixample district known for its reticular geometry. The regular urban pattern collides with the old district of the city (Ciutat Vella) making this a very interesting spot. Working next to the Passeig Lluís Companys, the pedestrian street that goes from Arc de Triomf to the Ciutadella park, implies solving many situations that appear from both sides of the street.

The project consists of 50 apartments of 40m², 50 of 110m² and 20 intergenerational dwellings, a total of aproximately 10.000m² occupying a specific area of two blocks of the Eixample.
